Perfectly located in the heart of Camps Bay on the well known Sedgemoor road, this modern five-bedroomed house exudes a warm and welcoming ambiance where visitors will feel right at home. The main house has three bedrooms and a lovely garden flatlet with two bedrooms, making it a great choice for families traveling with an au pair or teenagers.

One of the best features of the house is the large swimming pool, set in a beautifully lush garden area with breathtaking views over Camps Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The garden area also has a sunny patio with four sun loungers and four sun lounger chairs, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs for alfresco-style dining.
The main house is accessed via stairs from the garden. The front entrance to the house has a spacious tiled patio overlooking the garden and swimming pool, and the ocean beyond. You enter into a bright, open-plan living and dining area, which is ideal for relaxing and entertaining. There is an eight-seater dining table set against a backdrop of breathtaking views through large bay windows and a comfortable lounge has a wood-burning fireplace and a projector TV.

The living area flows into the kitchen which has a centre island/breakfast bar with stools, a large fridge, and a microwave – everything you need for a hassle-free holiday! A separate scullery area has a washing machine and tumble dryer and opens onto a sunny back courtyard area.

The main bedroom, known as the ‘The Pink Room,’ is a beautifully appointed space with a king-size bed and ample cupboard space. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a unique dressing room with double vanity, and a large, separate shower room with double shower heads.

The second bedroom, called ‘The Green Room,’ is a cool, stylish space with tiled floors, a king-size bed, and a cosy alcove with lovely views. You’ll also find a dressing table, and a ceiling fan to keep cool, and there is plenty of cupboard space for your luggage. An en-suite bathroom has a spacious shower and single vanity.

The third bedroom, aptly called ‘The Blue Room,’ has a comfortable king-size bed and a small dressing area separated from the bedroom by a curtain. The third bedroom has access to a shared bathroom with a shower and bath.

The garden flat is accessed from the garden and pool area and features an open plan living and dining area, and a kitchenette with basic appliances such as a kettle, microwave, and toaster. Large bay windows flood the flatlet with natural light and offer stunning ocean views. The flatlet has two bedrooms – a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a three-quarter bedroom with ample storage space.

The property is fully secure with an alarm system and there are two dedicated off-street parking spaces in front of the garage.

A short, easy stroll will take you down to the palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay, while the beautiful blue-flag beaches of Clifton are five minutes away.

Electricity:
South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (un-scheduled electricity disruptions). This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. However, there is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the following app = ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African Electricity providers. Accordingly, neither Turnkey365 nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load shedding.

Noise Control:
This Apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council for this area. We therefore need you to understand and accept the following conditions:

1. No parties of any kind are to be held at the apartment.

2. No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbors) is allowed between 9pm and 7am during the week and between 10pm and 7am on week-ends.

3. No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night).

4. Should you have a guest or two visiting please make them aware that parking is very limited and not to park in front of another person garage or drive way.

Travel Insurance:
It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items.

Groups:
No groups of all solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor / bachelorette party groups permitted.

Children:
Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split level terraces and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.

Monthly stays:
Please note on monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.
• No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally when available and permitted.
• Standard amenities eg WiFI, and DSTV if applicable, will be included.
• Reasonable water useage is included, this will be monitored according to current city limits.
• Garden and pool service will be included when permitted.
