Bella Riposa is a beautiful 5-bedroom, three storey holiday villa located in the heart of Camps Bay with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lions Head.
There is ample entertainment space on the upstairs and downstairs terraces, with a private garden at the bottom of the property, large swimming pool and wood-fired hot tub - perfect for a summer stay in Camps Bay.
Natural sunlight floods the whole house, giving it a beautifully warm summer feel. The decor is neutral, fresh and white adding to the ambience of space and tranquillity.
On the first level, you'll find 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - 1 en-suite bathroom connected to the master bedroom and 1 family bathroom shared by the other bedrooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean, a large en-suite bathroom and ample cupboard space. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 share a family bathroom. The 5th bedroom is situated just off the dining area and boasts it’s own en-suite bathroom.
The upstairs area offers guests a fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen and comfortable dining area with glass stacking doors that open out on to the upper patio area. Here guests can enjoy an alfresco meal or sundowner while marvelling at the spectacular sea views.
The middle level has a spacious lounge area with TV and wood burning fireplace.
The ground level hosts the entertainment area with it’s own full bathroom and shower. There is a pool table, comfy couches and bar counter plus stackable doors that lead out to the pool deck and wood-fired hot tub area.
Please keep in mind this is an older Camps Bay home, lending itself to larger outdoor spaces which is a rarity in the area. This house is best suited to the unfussed traveller who would like a central base in Camps Bay with beautiful views from which to spend their days exploring the Mother City.

Electricity:
South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (un-scheduled electricity disruptions). This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. However, there is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the following app = ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African Electricity providers. Accordingly, neither Turnkey365 nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load shedding.
Noise Control:
This Apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council for this area. We therefore need you to understand and accept the following conditions:
1. No parties of any kind are to be held at the apartment.
2. No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbors) is allowed between 9pm and 7am during the week and between 10pm and 7am on week-ends.
3. No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night).
4. Should you have a guest or two visiting please make them aware that parking is very limited and not to park in front of another person garage or drive way.
Travel Insurance:
It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items.
Groups:
No groups of all solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor / bachelorette party groups permitted.
Children:
Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split level terraces and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.
Monthly stays:
Please note on monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.
• No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally when available and permitted.
• Standard amenities eg WiFI, and DSTV if applicable, will be included.
• Reasonable water useage is included, this will be monitored according to current city limits.
• Garden and pool service will be included when permitted.

RE: Accommodation at Bella Riposa – 6 francolin road.
It is with great pleasure to write this letter to an agency that went above and beyond for us on our 1st stay at Bella riposa. Our most recent stay being from the 21st to the 24th of September 2024 was a pleasant one.
The services rendered to us were of the highest level and I believe that we will always hold the agency to high regard within our travel group.
A very big thank you to Naeema Jacobs for making sure that we are well taken care off, the staff at Turnkey365 for making sure our check in process was smooth and the lady who took care of the daily up keeping of the villa.
We thoroughly enjoyed the villa because it is easily accessible by road, very clean; the views of chapman’s peak, Table Mountain and Atlantic Ocean from the deck are very beautiful. The pool was clean and ready for our sunny weekend in Camps bay.
To the owner’s thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us, we believe our journey will lead us back to your villa again in 2025.

Would highly recommend. We had an amazing stay, the views are breathtaking and it is a beautiful villa especially for a large group. It felt very safe and there was a good level of security. It’s in a really nice area which is easy to get Ubers around the city and to the beach from. Will be coming back!
