Review in Aug 2014, by one of our Villa Consultants, following her stay at the property: After a stay at Falcon Villa, it was hard to readjust back to reality; this Camps Bay Villa boasts mind-blowing features – those that impressed me the most being: The Entertainment area A true relaxing experience with a pristine swimming pool, fully –equipped braai and entertainment area (loungers, gas braai and weber, beautiful wooden table with seating for 8). The Views 360 degree views over the Atlantic Ocean, Camps Bay Beach, Lions Head and the 12 Apostle’s Mountain range. Architecture At the front of the Villa the beautiful pool deck flows very well into the white open space of the interior. At the back of the Villa you feel immersed in nature, with the oversized glass windows that bring the wonders of the Twelve Apostles inside. From the kitchen to the bedrooms, the house was designed to allow you to enjoy the spectacular nature of Cape Town. Brief Description of the property Falcon Views is a romantically designed 3 bedroom Villa in upper Camps Bay. The property is perfectly suited for a truly unique holiday experience in Cape Town. Views over the Atlantic Ocean from the deck and infinity pool to the back of the property with views of the 12 Apostles mountain range, highlighted by the huge glass panel windows; this Villa gives the impression of being completely immersed in the mountains and nature. Built on 2 levels which are accessed by a steep, winding driveway with outside parking for 2 vehicles and a double garage, the property can be entered through the double garage or a big glass door to the first level by a flight of stairs. You then enter an open plan dining area which leads onto the pool and entertainment deck. 2 guest toilets: one on the first level and another upstairs The kitchen is to the left and features all the mod cons The lounge is to the right which is equipped with a gas fireplace and then leads to a TV room. The pool deck is equipped with an unheated infinity pool, 4 tanning loungers, a gas braai, a weber and beautiful wooden table with seating for 8. Glass sliding and stack doors from the living area and TV area which open up onto the deck and entertainment area The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a TV and an open planned bathroom with a separate bath, shower and double sinks. Glass sliding doors open onto a balcony with views over the ocean, Camps Bay beach and Signal Hill. Two double bedrooms on this same level which share a bathroom and access to the balcony. After staying at Falcon Views, this Villa will be one that I would recommend to clients searching for a property with amazing views, modern architecture and be reconnected with nature. Truly an amazing and relaxing experience. PS:In my opinion, Falcon Views is not suited for small children!
