No parties or functions are allowed at this villa. It is very noise sensitive and no bachelor groups allowed. Guests will be asked to vacate if they do not adhere to the terms and conditions. Booking confirmation is subject to owner approval.
In the event that your arrival times/plans change, and you arrive after 7pm, a cash payment of R500 must be paid directly to the person checking you into the property. The same applies for early departure should guests wish to check out before 7am.

All bookings with us require a Damage Deposit Waiver, which is securely handled by
Truvi for a small additional fee.
Before arrival, the primary guest will need to provide their full name, a copy of their
photo ID, and contact details. These will be shared with Truvi, who will then be in
touch directly to complete the verification and waiver process.
If there are any damages, losses, or other costs incurred during the stay, the guest
(or booking agent) will be notified within 4 working days of departure, once the
property has been inspected.
