1 On Sedgemore is a large collection of buildings on one property located directly above Glen Beach in Camps Bay with expansive sea views and a short walk down to the beach.

The 3 buildings include:

The Grand Pavillion - This is a modern, stylish building situated on the large lap pools edge. Crisp, sunlit, open spaces that have been tastefully decorated to the highest standard and cleverly positioned to offer views from every angle, encourage you to stop, feel the sea breeze, smell the ocean and enjoy the unbeatable Cape Town sunsets.

The Main House - This is the original building now declared a national heritage site. Consisting of a large living area, large kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms both with large en-suite bathrooms and patios overlooking the beach.

The Granny Flat – This is located behind the house next to the garage and consists of a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

NOISE CLAUSE:

No parties or functions are allowed at all these properties. It is very noise sensitive and no bachelor groups allowed. Guests will be asked to vacate if they do not adhere to the terms and conditions. Booking confirmation is subject to owner's approval.

In the event that your arrival times/plans change, and you arrive after 7pm, a cash payment of R500 must be paid directly to the person checking you into the property. The same applies for early departure should guests wish to check out before 7am.

All bookings with us require a Damage Deposit Waiver, which is securely handled by
Truvi for a small additional fee.

Before arrival, the primary guest will need to provide their full name, a copy of their
photo ID, and contact details. These will be shared with Truvi, who will then be in
touch directly to complete the verification and waiver process.

If there are any damages, losses, or other costs incurred during the stay, the guest
(or booking agent) will be notified within 4 working days of departure, once the
property has been inspected.
