All bookings with us require a Damage Deposit Waiver, which is securely handled by
Truvi for a small additional fee.
Before arrival, the primary guest will need to provide their full name, a copy of their
photo ID, and contact details. These will be shared with Truvi, who will then be in
touch directly to complete the verification and waiver process.
If there are any damages, losses, or other costs incurred during the stay, the guest
(or booking agent) will be notified within 4 working days of departure, once the
property has been inspected.
