Nestled in the heart of Franschhoek, this sleek modern home is a study in simplicity and style. Set near a reservoir park and a short walk from the attractions on the main road, it offers a comfortable and quiet retreat.

The double-story house has airy and bright open-plan living spaces that seamlessly connect with the outdoors. A lovely garden area has a large wooden deck with a swimming pool and hot tub and spectacular views of the Franschhoek Mountains. A deck on the second floor is the perfect place for sundowners.

The ground level of the house is home to beautifully furnished, open-plan living spaces. The spacious lounge has stylish, contemporary décor and furnishings and a wood-burning fireplace for cool winter nights. Large windows and sliding doors flood the interior with natural light.

A modern kitchen is seamlessly integrated with the lounge and separated by a centre island and breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen has all the amenities needed for hassle-free holiday living.

Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors roll back to connect the lounge with a covered patio and barbecue area. Ideal for relaxing and entertaining, the patio has an outdoor lounge, a dining table and chairs, and a large built-in barbecue. Just beyond, a wooden deck houses a beautiful swimming pool, a sun deck, and a hot tub.

The house has four spacious bedrooms with wooden floors, chich white décor and linens, and queen-sized beds. All the bedrooms have open en-suite bathrooms with rain showers and single vanities and the master bathroom also has a Nordic-style bathtub. The bedrooms have modern coffeemakers, SMART televisions, and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms on the upper level of the home opens on a sun deck with spectacular views.

Smart technology is integrated through the home for easy living. There is a shaded carport with off-street parking for two cars and plenty of on-street parking in the street.

The main street of Franschhoek is a short stroll away where you’ll find an array of charming shops, cafés, restaurants, and art galleries. The little Francophile village is lovingly known today as the ‘Food and Wine Capital of the Cape,' producing superb wines and French-inspired cuisine and drawing foodies, aficionados, and gourmands from around the globe.
