Hi Danielle Thank you for your email and yes we all had a great time and to be honest i wish i was still there. Really cold in the UK at the moment. We are already talking about returning but not quite sure when yet. I couldn’t fault the service you provided and all of my questions were asked promptly. The property itself was fantastic and together with it’s location it was just perfect for us. However we had lunch on Sunday at Camps Bay and we may think of staying there next time. A stunning place. I would just like to bring to your attention a problem we had with the Wi-Fi . Having been asked by the property manager to buy our package from Cellu City the data lasted less than a day with no real major usage. (only 3 devices) This happened a second time so we had to take up the issue with the manager and he told us that we have to make sure all our updates were turned off as this apparently uses up data. Now i am not an expert on this but we feel that this could/should have been made aware. We never found out if this was the problem as we did not purchase any more data.. Maybe this can be mentioned in the briefing on arrivals of further clients. All in all everything fell into place, the property, the golf, our transport, tours,weather and i would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your work and patience in replying to my many emails and hopefully look forward to doing business with you again in the near future.
