Cape Nights Villa is an elegantly designed, 5 bedroom villa, offering overwhelming views of the ocean from every level and every bedroom. Beautifully designed, this property is situated a mere 5 minute walk from the Camps Bay main strip. The interiors have been elegantly furnished, and the Villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation in Cape Town. There are three levels, each of which has its own terrace from which you can relax and watch the sunset, close enough that you can hear the ocean. On the entrance level of the property you will find two of the bedrooms. One being the Master Suite with walk in dressing room and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower and bath overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom being the smallest offers a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the top terrace. One floor down on the middle level, is the spacious living area with open plan dining room and kitchen. This leads out to a terrace with a sparkling plunge pool. The kitchen has been fitted with all the modern conveniences, making use of mainly SMEG appliances, Nespresso Machine, dishwasher and more. The 5th bedroom is located just off the pool with separate access via the scullery. This bedroom offers a double bed with en-suite bathroom - this room is not as luxurious as the other 4 bedrooms but is perfect for kids or the au pair. Finally, on the lower level, you will find an additional two bedrooms. The third bedroom being a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The fourth bedroom also being a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. These two bedrooms also have access to a separate terrace with faux grass, outdoor seating and ocean views. This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. Electricity:
South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (un-scheduled electricity disruptions). This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. However, there is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the following app = ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African Electricity providers. Accordingly, neither Turnkey365 nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load shedding.

Noise Control:
This Apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council for this area. We therefore need you to understand and accept the following conditions:

1. No parties of any kind are to be held at the apartment.

2. No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbors) is allowed between 9pm and 7am during the week and between 10pm and 7am on week-ends.

3. No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night).

4. Should you have a guest or two visiting please make them aware that parking is very limited and not to park in front of another person garage or drive way.

Travel Insurance:
It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items.

Groups:
No groups of all solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor / bachelorette party groups permitted.

Children:
Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split level terraces and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.

Monthly stays:
Please note on monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.
• No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally when available and permitted.
• Standard amenities eg WiFI, and DSTV if applicable, will be included.
• Reasonable water useage is included, this will be monitored according to current city limits.
• Garden and pool service will be included when permitted.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Our host Michaela was very helpful and responsive. She quickly assisted us with airport transfers for our group, as well as a private chef for the duration of our stay and a cot for our little one. There was lots to do and most restaurants were a five minute walk from the residence which was very convenient. We had some beautiful sunset views from the property which is located in a very peaceful and private neighborhood.
