All staff will receive hand sanitiser(liquid) to be used continuously during the day as well as sanitiser spray to be used on all surfaces/handles while entering units
Daily housekeeping will only be done on request

During lockdown, all apartments have been sanitised
Guests checking in will be subject to having their temperature checked as well as complete a digital survey identifying possible contact with the virus or any symptoms
All relevant safety guidelines will be communicated to guests
Units will be sanitised before any guest arrivals
Housekeeping will be strictly coordinated to avoid contact with guests
Guests will where possible use self-check in options therefore avoiding any contact with staff
All cleaning equipment will be sanitised regularly
All linen will continue to be washed with the highest hygiene standards in the hottest temperature recommended by the manufacturer
All vehicles carrying linen, or any other items will be continuously sanitised
Linen bags to be washed daily
Staff will where possible be separated and will mostly walk to units while equipment will be moved in vehicles for them
Housekeepers will be completing sanitising check lists before departing each unit
All windows and doors will always be kept open while staff are in units
Guests will be encouraged to contact us via email/phone/WhatsApp during their stay and to only visit the office when necessary
