The house is conveniently situated within walking distance of Newlands Cricket and Rugby stadiums, as well as local shops and restaurants.

The accommodation consists of a 3-storey building with 2 double bedrooms and 3 single bedrooms, as well a sitting room, TV room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, opening onto a deep stoep(verandah) overlooking the swimming pool.
