This architectural gem is located in the heart of the vibrant De Waterkant area, provides a modern, comfortable and well-appointed environment.
The property is located within easy walking distance to the City Centre, Waterfront and the vibrant clubs, bars and restaurants in the area.
The interiors are distinctly modern, with the extensive use of a variety of timbers ensuring that the interiors are not too “clinically minimal”. Modern finishes and fittings compliment the spatial quality of the interiors.
Views of Cape Town city and Table Mountain are maximized by the ‘rooftop terrace’. Downstairs, the open plan living arrangement flows out onto a well-lit courtyard. Only the best appliances are available in the purposely designed kitchen, which is designed to facilitate easy holiday living and extensive entertaining.
The courtyard features a vertical garden which enhances the sense of space and openness and floods the interiors with natural light. A feature floating staircase links the bedrooms upstairs with the living areas downstairs, while providing glimpses of the De Waterkant neighbourhood.
