The lower and second level apartments share a road entrance for easy access to the nearby beach and a plethora of boutiques and shops.

The private garden will soon have a swimming pool, which will be shared only with the apartment above.

The comfortable single bedroom is practically furnished with a double bed and wooden bedside tables complete with reading lamps, and the en-suite bathroom has freshly-laundered towels, built-in cupboards and a generous shower.

In the modest open plan kitchen, make use of the host of appliances, which includes a dish washer and washing machine.
