Growing from strength to strength we are arguably the no1 service provider within the short-term holiday rental market.Not only do we boast a wealth of experience, but our database of properties is now stretching over the 2000 mark!Between 20 Dec 2004 and 5 Jan 2005 we facilitated over 120 rentals!

The 2005/2006 season ahead looks like it's going to be another bumper one, with local reports claiming that Cape Town is "fully booked" for the peak new-year period.Even though we still have quite a few Villa's and apartments available, we urge all potential visitors, which have not yet booked their accommodation to contact us as soon as possible in order to secure the remainder of the available properties.

a) Capsol joins forces with Fine and Country

Capsol is proud to announce our association with Fine and Country who is one of the UK largest real estate organizations (www.fineandcountry.com). In effect we have become the Cape Town office for Fine and Country South Africa. The culmination of experience, expertise and talent will further enhance Capsol's already thriving sales department. This association only affects the sales division, all sales advertising will fall under the Fine and Country banner, the rest of Capsol and all its divisions stay the same and still operate solely and independently as Capsol.

Fine & Country Launch U.K. Based Fine & Country, the Real Estate company with a refreshing approach to marketing and selling individual and character properties, launched their first International Affiliate in South Africa on Wednesday, 25th May 2005. The event was held in grand style at the prestigious Mount Nelson Hotel in Cape Town hosted by ABSA and Nedbank home loans divisions who sponsored this great event. This sponsorship truly shows their confidence in the management team headed up by Linda Erasmus, a doyen in the Real Estate industry in South Africa as well as the strong infrastructure and support that already exists in the United Kingdom. Malcolm Lindley, Managing Director of Fine & Country Group, in his welcoming address to an illustrious audience, including over 15 new South African associates, expressed his pride and pleasure and was particularly enthused by the quality of the professionals involved and the warmth of his welcome in South Africa. He felt particularly strongly about the fact that the first international venture of Fine & Country augurs well for potential U.K buyer and investors in the South African property market. After working in the UK for 9 years Rob certainly has a knack for communication on all levels. A great relationship builder with a real sense of team spirit, constantly trying to find solutions where not only the client wins but we all share in the success of what we work for. Rob is a driving force quietly with an array of contacts and business partners negotiating major deals where success ultimately is a pre-requisite. d) Some Sales concluded in August 2005 !

Deals facilitated and concluded in the past few weeks, include the most amazing Architecturally designed and built gem of a property, Belair Drive Constantia where our Johannesburg buyer has just secured the most amazing family home where ultimately he will stay with his wife and two kids (more on the way) for the foreseeable future. Not only has our buyer Marc and Lisa Copeland allowed Capsol to facilitate their requirements, they have made a real friend in Rob Linder too. Yet another example of Capsol going the extra mile. This business is not only business, it's a way of life, a life where the relationships we build continue and grow. Many thanks to all the agents who with vigor and passion showed us their top options and assisted in this R7.5million sale. Our personal thanks to Marianne Price for being an absolute gem, this relationship continues to seed its self and grow, solid forming the tree which bares fruit for both.

American buyers Matt and Kate Stewart bought in Camps Bay this month. A relationship which started with Capsol years ago, true friends of the family where both our Philip's attended Matt and Kate's wedding last year. After instructing Rob Linder to view property on their behalf and compiled a report, moving onto the professional services of Philip Meyer and the rental team for advise and the concreting in Philip Pienaar expertise, Matt and Kate entrusted Capsol to give the green light for them to secure with out viewing this great option. This is yet another example of the relationships Capsol prizes itself in building. A lengthy process built and harbored over, at time many years. We know that the best business is the business which is born out of solid relationships, word of mouth and a job well done.

Matt and Kate Stewart comments Over the past five years Kate and I have worked with CAPSOL for organizing our accommodations for Americans traveling in a group of 12, 20 (for our wedding) and for the two of us on the beach in Camps Bay.
