The second bedroom has a double bed and faces the golf course on the other side of the building. Both bedrooms have ample cupboard space and a safe for your valuables.

The apartment has a smart bathroom finished with Italian marble and has a toilet, basin and large glass shower.  The bathroom is not en-suite however.

Downstairs there is a fully equipped granite kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and all the usual small accessories.

There is one secure parking bay inside the complex and plenty of off-street parking.
