This beautiful modern beach house is a 5 minute walk from the beach in Llandudno. This 4 bedroom of this villa  have double beds and incredible views of the ocean. The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite while the other three bedrooms share two bathrooms. There is a playroom on the ground floor.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living room are all situated on the middle level and lead out to the deck, pool and lawned area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a laundry, and scullery.All having mesmerizing views of the ocean. This level has large sliding doors that open up to both the mountain side as well as to the sea side. The deck and 18m lap pool and lawn is north facing with deck chairs and chez-lounges well positioned to absorb the warm summer sun's rays.

The ground floor is where the playroom is situated, equipped with a pool table, darts, a bar, two single beds and a tv and music system. This playroom has its own lawn and warm outside shower to rinse off in after a day on the beach.
