The spectacular Chapman's Peak drive leads you to Noordhoek beach, Cape Point and the Indian Ocean beaches of Fishoek, Simonstown and Boulders. The Constantia wine region is only 20 minutes drive over Constantia Nek with Stellenbosh, Paarl and Franschoek wine regions further afield

This luxury self catering villa provides accommodation for up to four persons in a quiet and relaxed environment within 300m of Hout Bay beach and harbour. The house offers magnificent views of Chapman's Peak and the surrounding mountains and is only 5 minutes drive from Hout Bay village which offers a wide variety of restaurants and shops.

The accommodation has secure access with remote entry into the integral four car garage with space for two to three cars outside.

All cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided.

Stairs lead up to the loft area with two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and wardrobes. Double doors open onto a private balcony with stunning views of the bay and Chapman's Peak.

The second bedroom has two single beds with views of the surrounding mountains.
