Clifton Sunsets, on the steep slopes of an exclusive, sought-after part of Clifton, has magnificent sea views as far as the eye can see from the main bedroom, the living area and the private deck.

The open plan lounge and dining area of Clifton Sunsets has an enormous leather corner couch and entertainment system perfectly designed for luxury holiday relaxation.

Sliding doors lead onto the main deck which offers almost as much outdoor living space as the indoor living area, and shows off the amazing sea views. Guests can cool off in the private swimming pool or make use of the outdoor dining table and patio furniture. The deck is partly covered to shelter guests from the heat of the African sun.

The spacious and modern kitchen, with all the necessary appliances, overlooks the lounge area. There is a black granite top breakfast counter, or bar counter for easy entertaining, between the kitchen and the lounge.

The master bedroom on the top floor is an exceptional space; the room is spacious, the en-suite marble-tiled bathroom boasts a jacuzzi bath, shower and double basin, there is a large walk-in wardrobe and the mountain and sea views from the room and private balcony are spectacular.

The second bedroom is on the lower floor has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom (also en-suite) is privately tucked away at the back of the property on a floor of its own. All the bedrooms have automated shutters to keep the morning sunlight out and the lazy mornings in.

“Breathtaking views from this beautiful house, which is situated just a stone's throw away from the beach, and less than 5 minutes from the Table Mountain cable car. Camps Bay is just down the road, but be warned if you are planning to have a few drinks, rather catch a taxi as they regularly have road blocks on this road. The house has everything you need for a luxurious comfortable stay, I especially like the little toiletries supplied in the bathrooms and absolutely adored the beautiful walk in wardrobe off the master bedroom. be prepared to fall in love with this house and with Cape Town.” Lynelle
