A beautiful double storey 4 Bedroom house in Clifton, just off Clifton Steps.  It has beautiful views of the ocean with contemporary tasteful décor throughout. The Villa has a Jacuzzi and swimming pool.

Upstairs is the entertainment area.  It has a large open plan, fully equipped kitchen with a dining room table that seats 8 people. The living area has a large Flat screen satellite TV with comfortable couches, which open up onto the outside deck. The lounge area has airconditioning. 

The outside deck has a round day bed, 2 loungers, an outside table that seats 10 people under a latte roof and an 8 seater Jacuzzi.  It also has a swimming pool on the lower level of the house. It is a fantastic house for sundowners in the evenings overlooking the ocean. It is serviced daily Monday - Friday.
