Atlantic Villa comprises of 3 self catering units, each unit has it’s own private salt water swimming pool. This top floor penthouse, an unpretentious and excellent value apartment is in one of Camps Bay’s best positions! The Camps Bay beach, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes stroll away.

This penthouse is perfect for a small group of friends or a family of 4. The charming apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area and lounge. Not to mention, stunning sea views from the deck and main bedroom.

Sliding doors opens from the lounge onto a paved veranda with tables and chairs to enjoy intimate dining or a friendly barbeque. Sit under the retractable awning and sip a drink as the sun goes down over the sea, a wonderful romantic experience. The sun deck with its sun loungers and a beautiful infinity pool provides a private spot to soak up the sun, read a good book or just relax.

The lounge / dining area is furnished with simplicity, it offers a large white lounge-suite the dining area offering a 6 seater table and chairs. Relax and enjoy the flat screen TV with satellite provided for your entertainment.

Although the kitchen is standard, it is well equipped including a dish washer and washing machine.

Both bedrooms have double-size beds and has access to the veranda.

Across from the Main bedroom, a newly renovated bathroom with a double shower and twin basins, the second bathroom has the comforts of a bath and shower for your convenience.
