Capsol (CK NO: 2000/027187/23) is a well-established business in operation since 1996, specializing in various services in the Property and Tourism industries.

We are also registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board of South Africa that governs property transactions in South Africa. (Fidelity Fund No: 2002 102 432).

MEMBERS OF THE CLOSE CORPORATION:

Philip Pienaar (B Juris Law Degree)

B Juris Law Degree - Philip had an extensive 8 year labour law legal consulting practice representing various companies throughout South Africa.

His focus is now primarily in Property and Tourism and he in effect oversees property sales, property investments, various associated professional services as well as the overall business growth, structures and enhancement of Capsol. Married to Carina and dad to five children.

Philip Meyer (DIP I.R ; EEAB)

His hard work and dedication has contributed tremendously ensuring Capsol to be arguably the no 1 service provider in Cape town pertaining upmarket holiday accommodation and related tourism services. 

Philip specializes in upmarket property services, rentals, sales, administration, and accounting. Philip has extensive experience in the short term Rental industry especially relevant to the more exclusive suburbs.

PROPERTY SALES AGENTS:

Rodney Forrest

Rodney has 15 years experience in the Property industry – nine of which was with the Wakefield Real Estate organisation’s main branch in Durban. He later became sales team manager for the Spanish based Ocean Estates International Office in South Africa.

Louise Fairbrother

Louise spent 16 years in tourism and running her own self-catering properties. Louise started her own timeshare resort and then moved on to selling residential properties in the northern suburbs. Her introduction to the property market was with Remax. Louise has now broadened her experience by joining the Capsol team.

STAFF / ASSOCIATES:

We have an experienced and highly capable team of rental agents at our disposal who assist clients with their various rental enquiries i.e. holiday accommodation, short and long term rentals.

Colette Brown

Colette has gained extensive knowledge and experience after working in both the Commercial and Residential side of the Property Industry over the past 3 years. Her honesty, drive and passion for people is an asset to the development and growth of the Long Term Rentals and Sales Divisions of Capsol. She also plays a vital role in the functionality of the Commercial Property Division assisting Philip Pienaar

Ryan Hardman

Ryan's 12 years of Development Construction and Building Management experience have led him to work alonside Craig Ryan, meeting maintenance demands of clients, owners, local councils and service providers. 

Capsol's growing inventory requires extensive hands-on experience and Ryan's input ensures all needs are met in this regard. 

Craig Ryan

Craig meets the demands of our Property owners, local council bodies, and service providers. Craig manages a portfolio of approximately 15 exclusive, upmarket properties, overseeing payment of levies, property maintenance projects, and offers an effective problem-solving strategy keeping everyone happy. Craig’s hard work and dedication to his important role boosts Capsol’s position as market leader in the Property and Tourism industry

Jason Bosman

Jason has been with the Capsol group for just over 5 years now. He is at our front-office and handles switchboard calls, does website maintenance including uploading of properties, creating specialised .pdf brochures, maintenance and upkeep of office
procedures, and preparing accounting and financial information with the assistance of Epiphania for the Accountant, Greg Borchardt.

Jason schedules our guests on Garden Route Itineraries, internal flight arrangements, Safari game lodge stays and adventure tours such as shark diving, sky diving etc.

Greg Borchardt

Greg runs his own Accountancy practise, namely Financial Management Solutions. Greg is our group Accountant and handles and oversees all aspects of the Accounting function. Greg ensures that accounts are paid on time, prepares Management Reports, completes statutory returns and ensures salaries are paid.

Epiphania Nyamunetsa

Epiphania or “Epie” is our friendly office assistant. She assists Philip Pienaar with his extensive filing system, and helps Jason keep his accounting ducks in a row.

Epie is also responsible for the general upkeep of our offices, and assists with preparing holiday properties before, during and after our tenants are in Cape Town. Starting with Capsol in July 2007, we see loads of potential for her and welcome her to our team.

IN-HOUSE DOMESTIC SERVICES TEAM:

Our domestic workers team consists of the following persons: Janet Matengarubui, Loyce Musisinyani, Patricia Mapingire, Rachel Moyo and Asiatu. They ensure various tasks that our luxury Rental properties are in an excellent condition before the arrival of our clients.
